Martin Cooper has invented the mobile phone in 1973.  Americans improved it and then it was Finnish and Swedish people who added ultra features on it. While Japans were trying to make it smaller and smaller, now it was Turkish prisoners’ time to use them in a very different way. (Hurriyet)

In Bartin Prison -a small city in the north part of Turkey, where we always make fun of people’s wisdom- the prisoners used the pigeons to smuggle mobile phones inside the prison. The guards realized that pigeons which land in the prison courtyard were carrying something attached in their backs. Realizing that something strange was happening here is what they have found :

guvercin2The mobile phones that are taped in the back of the trained pigeons which fly into the courtyard. Isn’t that smart ? I found it very inspiring and funny.
